The thesis is devoted to the theoretical grounding problem of establishing trusting relationships, analysys of psychological conditions and the development the ability of future psychologists to establish a trusting relationship with the client. In this paperwork, the theoretical analysis of the problem of future psychologists of the ability to establish a trusting relationship with the customer was made, the psychological meaning of trust and trust relationship was specified. We found that the ability to establish trusting relationships in interpersonal interaction is an important characteristic of professional practice psychologist. The model of the psychological structure of the ability of future psychologists to establish a trusting relationship with the client that contains ideological, cognitive, communicative and component of empathy. A study of components of experimental psychological structure of trusting relationship, during which it was found insufficient level of ideological, communication and empatic components. The development of future psychologists ability to establish trusting relationships with clients is based on the program, which includes psychological, educational tools: psychological training, video and individual counseling. Analysis of the implementation of psychological programs revealed a significant increase in performance of each of the examined components proves the performance of the applied program.
