Essay

The thesis deals with the design parameters and operating modes of gravity mixers. Based on theoretical studies the mathematical model of interaction between a drum and mixing blades mixer with the work environment was established. This allows to establish patterns of movement of the material in the drum mixer. Discovered and investigated the factors that affect the nature of work processes in order to determine the rational geometric and kinematic parameters of the mixer. The dependence of the power consumed in the process of mixing, the angle of inclination of the drum, the frequency of its rotation, and the rheological characteristics of mortars. Designed and produced by research facilities to determine the nature of the motion mortars in the drum mixer, and installation of influence of parameters in the "working body - environment." Designed and manufactured sensors determine the nature of traffic mixes, which are installed in the drum mixer of Experimental stand.
