The thesis is devoted to the surgical treatment of patients with significant pathological tortuosity of the internal carotid artery. The features violations hemodynamics and clinical pathological tortuosity of the internal carotid artery, the types of pathological deformation of the internal carotid artery and the degree of deficiency of cerebral blood flow.Based on the comparative analysis of the positive outcomes of patients with pathological tortuosity of the internal carotid artery in both groups could be argued that surgery is the only effective method of stroke prevention and treatment of vessel - cerebral insufficiency.
