Essay

There are the results of complex treatment of deep veins thromboses of lower limbs with application of venous thrombectomy, that allowed to dicrease the risk of thromembolia of pulmonary artery presented in the dissertation work.The effectiveness of the proposed surgical method was statistically confirmed. It was proven that the highest effectiveness had thrombectomy with bandaging of the superficial femoral vein with remodeling of ostium of deep femoral vein, that allows to decrease the risk of development of heavy forms of chronic venous insufficiency to 5,6 % and to renew an outflow from a lower limb.
