Object - process of data transmission using meteor burst radio channel. Purpose - improvement of the meteor data transmission system involving enhancement of its throughput capacity and reduction of waiting time. Methods - telecommunication theory, radio-wave propagation theory, signal theory, simulation modelling. Results - further development of the MRCh mathematical model; new methods to enhance the throughput capacity, reduce waiting time and increase the utilization rate of the meteoric radio channel; new methodology for building fully digital MTDS. Implementation - in research activity and in the curriculum at KNURE. Application - meteor data transmission systems
