Essay

Object of study - the competitiveness regulation process of the graduates of III-IV accreditation level higher educational institutions Ukraine. Theoretical and methodological basis of the work is fundamental assumptions of economic theory, macroeconomics, research works on the problems of state regulation of education, general and special methods of learning. The thesis is devoted to of deepening theoretical and methodological foundations and to practical provisions for improving organizational and economic mechanism of competitiveness regulation process of graduates. The essence of the concept of competitiveness of graduates in the current conditions has been grounded and has been expanded classification of the forms of imbalance on the labor market. Main trends, methods and instruments of the university graduates competitiveness regulation. The analysis of the impact of competitiveness regulation in the context of compliance with the qualitative and quantitative needs of the labor market have been systematized. Strategic directions for improving the regulatory process of competitiveness of the university graduates have been grounded. The conceptual foundations of organizational and economic mechanism of state regulation of competitiveness of the university graduates have been offered. The method of integral evaluation of the competitive level of the graduates in the labor market have been developed and tested. The results of studies on the evaluation of the competitiveness of graduates, the study of the employment expectations of students and staffing needs of employers have been used in the activities of the State Employment Center of Ukraine. Recommendations for intensifying cooperation of Employment Center, businesses and higher education institutions have been used in the Kirovohrad regional employment center. Suggestions for improving the personnel policy of enterprises, provision with specialists with higher education and collaboration with universities have been used by Kirovohrad regional branch of the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. Recommendations for ensuring effective interaction of market cooperation of local authorities, local authorities and universities to increase competitiveness of graduates have been used by the Department of Economic Development and Trade of Kirovohrad regional state administration.
