Essay

The thesis aims to methods developing for parameters calculating of hot deformation with backpressure in the gas sheets of aluminium and magnesium alloys and improve ment of sheet metal stamping technology to obtain high stretching. The results allow obtaining of thin-walled parts of complex shape. The characteristics of metal forming and energy-power parameters of sheet blanks deformation of aluminum and magnesium alloys are defined. Experiments by the influence of the combined effect of process parameters to the shape, boundary stretching and mechanical properties of the non-ferrous sheet blank parts were done. Theory-experimental method for determining the parameters of the process that provides the required level of mechanical properties details is proposed, and recommendations on improving of the technology for gas hot processing to sheets of aluminum and magnesium alloys have done. The results are used at "PA Yuzhny Machine-Building Plant named after A. Makarov" and the Metal Forming Department of NMetAU.
