The dissertation research is devoted to the problem of oral Ukrainian speech formation of Russian-speaking first-graders at secondary schools and classes of Pridnestrovie with the Ukrainian language of teaching. Based on the analysis of psychological, psycholinguistics, lingvodidactical literature, the technique of oral Ukrainian speech formation of Russian-speaking first-formers at schools and classes with the Ukrainian language is developed, the essence of the technique lies in the integrated approach to the formation of the verbal skills at the lessons of the Ukrainian language in interconnection with other subjects.
