Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving the task of raising the effectiveness of uranium mine development, and effectiveness of exploitation Earth useful minerals by means of introduction of complex system of development. Under these conditions arises the necessity of justification of the technology and thresholds of underground mining at block leaching of uranium from rocky ores, due to the fact that for the creation of infiltration zone the rock mass has to be crushed with the explosion. One of the key factors of the efficiency of the BL process is the coarseness of the leach, which depends on the parameters of the explosion. The method of parameter determination of uranium ore destruction, with a goal quality of crushing for the effective process of solvent extraction is developed. For justification of parameters of explosion, the power-law dependence of uranium extraction from the block on the average linear dimensions of the crushed ore mass cob is allocated. The logarithmic dependence of the ratio of average diameter of ore mass cob to the diameter of the blast from the specific consumption of explosives during ore shrinkage in the blocks of mining solvent extraction is allocated. While analyzing the specific consumption of explosives for the destruction and dislocation of rock mass, subject to conditions of tailoring the fragmenting, the output of grain-size category for various diameters of blast hole charge is studied. The sustainable schemes of preparation of blocks for the IBSE, the technology and thresholds of subsurface mining, which include the seismic-safe thresholds of tight-face blasting, are justified in the thesis.
