In the thesis, the psychological-pedagogical, philosophic, linguistic, linguodidactic aspects of the studied problem were analyzed; the minimal dictionary of emotional words of moral-ethic thematic with apprehended the characteristics of personality's positive qualities were suggested for the purpose of their actualization at the lessons in the Ukrainian language. The methodology of speech enrichment of the children of the 5-7th grades with the emotionally colored lexicon of moral-ethic thematic oriented at the application of the competent approach which provides the children's communicative competence formation by the integration of three components: lexical, creative, and socio-cultural ones was developed and experimentally checked. The point of the suggested methodology consists of the formation of the system of tasks and exercises at different levels of complication (receptive, reproductive, accordingly to the indicated algorithm of actions, constructional-productive, partly searching, research, creative ones), the realization of the competent approach for the formation of the abilities to use the emotionally colored words, which indicate the moral-ethic personal qualities in the process creating written messages taking into account the communicative situations. The results of test teaching provided us the prerequisites to state that the experimental methodology really demonstrated a positive impact on the children's vocabulary enrichment as well as the level of their communicative competence. This proposed methodology helped pupils in their development of speech and thinking as well as the formation of child as personality.
