Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to developing the theoretical basis, working out methodical and practical recommendation for developing innovations marketing at tourist enterprises on the basis of segmenting customers of innovative travel products. There have been searched the theoretical and methodical grounding for the essence of the innovation concept; analyzed the genesis for marketing of innovations and innovative marketing tools within the frame of the contemporary entrepreneurship. There have also been generated the innovation system as a determinant for innovative operations of a tourist enterprise; evaluated the external factors of innovative operations of a tourist enterprise as far as the innovations marketing tools applied at tourist enterprises; ascertained the segments profiles for the customers of innovative tourist products; worked out the methodical ground for defining the characteristics of innovative travel products markets; generated the program for innovations marketing of tourist enterprise; modeled the effect of the innovative marketing tools on the tourist products customers behavior.
