Volosheniuk V. Validation of economic strategy of a mining enterprise on the grounds of rational environmental management

Theoretical and practical grounds of determining economic strategies of mining enterprises are analyzed in the context of sustainable development of the territory. The notion of "economic strategy of a mining enterprise" is specified taking into consideration its derivation from the process of sustainable development planning and social relationships evolution. The factors of social conflicts in the "subsoil management - entrepreneurial activities" system are determined. Consolidating model of subsoil management is offered, which unlike hierarchical one, fosters efficient introduction of economic strategies at a mining enterprise in the group of direct and indirect users of natural resources. Improvement of environmental management administration is connected with the increase in responsibility of government institutions for organization of planning and realization of joint environmental activities of users of natural resources. It is determined that the effectiveness of introduction of economic strategy of environmentally responsible mining enterprise depends on restructuring its internal managerial system into project structure with increased status of department of environmental state forecasting. External managerial mechanisms of strategic changes are grounded on public-private partnership and other associations of stakeholders - users of natural resources that have to bear responsibility for realizing their own part of the project of working out a site at a deposit of commercial minerals.
