Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of improving the treatment of patients with inguinal hernias. Confirmed that when using polypropylene mesh, processed solution of collagen, an inflammatory reaction in tissues significantly lower in comparison with the use of the implant, not processed collagen, which is confirmed by intensive reduction of the inflammatory response ( the number of neutrophils - 0,162 мкм3/мкм3, against 0,074 мкм3/мкм3 in 1-St and 2-nd groups, respectively), which is statistically significant (p<0.05), 2.2 times exceeds indicators for use similar, not processed prosthesis.Application of preperitoneal techniques in plastic of inguinal canal is statistically significant (p<0,05) advantage over the front subaponeurotic plastics of inguinal canal by Lichtenstein on the extent and dynamics of the restoration of the physical and functional activity of patients in the early postoperative period, reduction of the terms of disability in 1,5 times and the occurrence of syndrome of chronic inguinal pain in the 2.3 times (р<0.05).
