Godiak A. Legal education of the employees of law enforcement bodies: theoretical and legal aspect.

The essence, functional purpose, place and role of legal education of employees of internal affairs bodies as a separate branch and component (element) of the educational system are substantiated. The definitions of initial terms of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the legal education of employees of internal affairs bodies are specified, they are: «legal education», «the purpose of legal education of employees of internal affairs bodies», «tasks of legal education of employees of internal affairs bodies». The essential and functional characteristics of the legal education of employees of internal affairs bodies, based on the principles of humanistic philosophy of education, native and foreign experience are presented.
