Senyk O. The General Theory of a Legal Conflict.

The dissertation conducts a general theoretical analysis of the nature of a legal conflict. It analyzes the state of the scientific study of a legal conflict issue in the Ukrainian and international legal literature. It defines the conceptual bases of cognitive methods of a legal conflict. The manuscript researches the content and special features of social conflicts. The author suggests her own interpretation of the concept “a legal conflict” and elaborates on the fundamental characteristics of this phenomenon. The dissertation characterizes the factors and causes leading to a legal conflict. It explains the structure of a legal conflict and analyzes its elements (the subject, the object, the subjective side, the objective side).
