It were obtained results of study of the characteristics of flow, dynamics and trends of the epidemic process of influenza seasons from 2008 to 2012 in four sentinel centers, in the context of the selected 18 medical institutions operating under the sentinel suveillance system. On dissertation was solved the relevant scientific and practical task - based on analysis of epidemiological and virological data of four epidemic flu season proved highly informative and cost-effectiveness of sentinel surveillance in various manifestations of the epidemic process of influenza.
