Essay

The thesis is devoted to the tissue remodeling processes peculiarities investigation in conditions of experimental hyper- and hypothyroidism. Tissue remodeling was shown firstly has gender-dependent and followed by the bloodflow, detoxicative and excretive organs systemic changes. Thyroid hormones synthesis was firstly shown to has gender differences which are the following – hypothyroidism characterizes by the free thiiodothyronine content decrease in male rats vs the female rats and hyperthyroidism characterizes by the free both thiiodothyronine and thyroxine content increase in male rats vs the female rats. It was shown that hyper- and hypothyroidism are the trigger mechanisms for vessels remodeling that is the arterial hypertension sign and polyorganic insufficiency development. The specific relations were evaluated between blood DNA-methyltransferase activity and thyroid hormones together with dependence between blood DNA-methyltransferase activity and organs’ fibrosis development was established in conditions of hyper- and hypothyroidism.
