Essay

Object of research - technology and equipment of temper rolling of the thin strips, sheets and strips. Purpose - to mix expansion, improving the quality and reducing the cost of coated thin strips, sheets and strips. Research methods and apparatus - numerical mathematical modeling computer-aided design, experiments in laboratories and industrial plants. Theoretical and practical results - theoretical models, methods of automated calculation and design, recommendations to improving the process technology and equipment temper rolled coated thin strips, sheets and strips. Novelty - coating effect on the distribution of local and integral characteristics of the stress-strain state in the deformation zone of temper rolled coated strips, sheets and strips, regression mathematical model of temper rolling with coatings metal, refined character and the quantitative assessment of the impact of the kinematics asymmetry in the deformation parameters and roller assemblies temper mill work stands on energy-power parameters of the process of temper rolling, refined performance and experimentally confirmed the effectiveness of using the process of temper rolled coated tapes, sheets and strips in terms of increasing the level of consumer properties for subsequent stamping , as well as in terms of microstructure and general level of physical and mechanical properties . The degree of implementation - practical recommendations on improving the production of coated sheet metal, software for automated systems of design and management. The sphere of usage - shop and design departments of metallurgical and machine-building enterprises and industrial research institutes.
