Object of research - technological modes and design parameters of the mechanical equipment of rolling mills. Purpose - to increase technical and economic indicators rolling processes for specialized reversing mills. Research methods and apparatus - numerical mathematical modeling computer-aided design, experiments in laboratories and industrial plants. Theoretical and practical results - theoretical models, methods of automated calculation and design, and the recommendations regarding the improvement of technologies and equipment for rolling processes of specialized reversing mills.
