Dissertation is devoted to a complex research of principles and classification of rewards for labour achievements. The work examines notion and features of rewards for labour achievements. The dissertation points out the following features of rewards for labour achievements: (a) connected with merited behaviour; (b) voluntary by their nature; (c) legally approved; (d) mutually beneficial for society, employer and worker; (e) meant for labour stimulation.The dissertation proposes the following classification of rewards for worker's labour achievements: 1) by object of demand, content and way of influence on persons' behaviour: (a) moral and (b) material; 2) by level of worker's achievements: (a) for labour achievements and (b) for special labour merits (state rewards, agency-level merits). The dissertation works out concrete proposition and introduces practical recommendations for improvement of Labour legislation of Ukraine and practice of its enforcement in the field of labour rewards implementation.
