Denisenko A. Legal Regulation of Origin, Change and Termination of Labour Relationship with the Head of an Enterprise

Dissertation is devoted to research of legal regulation of activity of the head of an enterprise as a participant of labour relationship, revealing peculiarities of his/her legal status. The work asserts that not all bases for change and termination of labour contract established in Labour legislature of Ukraine can be applied to the head of an enterprise. The dissertation researches procedure of celebration labour contract with the head of state enterprise and its substantial conditions, specificity of legal liability of the head of an enterprise. Based on the conducted analysis, the work formulates proposition for introducing amendments and supplements to legal acts in force and drafting new statutes for means of establishment proper regulation of activity of the head of an enterprise as a participant of labour relationship.
