Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the features of the human rights interpretation in the modern Orthodoxal doctrines in comparison with international human rights standards. The main approaches to the human rights understanding, the concept and sources of the modern social Orthodoxal doctrines, the attitude to human dignity and freedom in the Orthodoxal tradition are reflected in the dissertation. Such features are determined according to some human rights: human right for life, for freedom of conscience, human right on education, family creation and others. These features are determined according to the position of the modern social Orthodoxal doctrines by their comparison with international standards.
