Savin E. Development and implementation of policy in socialization of young people

Object of research: policy development and implementation of state youth policy in Ukraine. Purpose: theoretical basis the role and functions of the modern state in the social integration of the younger generation in public processes, and to develop recommendations to improve the mechanisms of formation and implementation of state policy in the sphere of socialization of youth in Ukraine. Methods: analysis and synthesis, sociological analysis, systems analysis, modeling. Results: The study of the role and functions of the modern state in the social integration of the younger generation in public processes. Novelty: the contents revealed the mechanisms of formation and implementation of state policy in the sphere of youth socialization, defined by their functional orientation, improved theoretical basis validate the role of the modern state in the process of socialization of the younger generation, have been further developed study questions promising areas of interaction between government and civil society institutions in the field of youth socialization . Activities implemented in the Kharkiv Regional State Administration and Luhansk Regional Council. Application areas: public administration, local government, training and retraining of civil servants, local government officials.
