Bazhynova O. Mechanisms of communicative cooperation between public authorities and the public in public administration

Object of research:interaction with the public in public administration. The purpose: scientific justification mechanisms and models of communicative interaction with public authorities in the public system of government of Ukraine and the development of practical recommendations to improve them. Methods: categorical and etymological analysis, synthesis and analysis, comparative analysis, modeling, public opinion poll. Results: develop mechanisms and models of communicative interaction with public authorities public. Novelty: carried systematization communication patterns authorities with the public, which is based on the principle of direct participation of citizens at all stages of the process of formation and implementation of public communication policy ; improved approaches to resource development mechanism communicative interaction of the public authorities with the public; further developed promising directions of the state policy of communicative Strategy through the development of public policies to promote the development of civil society. Introduced to the work of the Main Directorate of Public Relations Sumy Regional State Administration and the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Areas of use: public administration, local government, training and retraining of public servants and officials of the local government.
