The dissertation is devoted to the systematic study of pharmacognostic raw materials of mallow, to the development of substances of various kinds of action based on it, to the standardization of raw materials and derived substances. 19 compounds were isolated from raw materials of the mallow. The presence and quantitative content of separate group of biological active substances were determined. The technology of obtaining and parameters of standardization for thick and dry extracts of mallow were developed. Proved their diuretic, anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory action. The novelty of the research work is confirmed with the utility model patent.
