Solovyova O. The method of raising of the effectiveness of medical diagnostics on the basis of the computer modelling

The dissertation is concerned to the solution of the actual problems of raising the effectiveness of the objective medical diagnostics on the example of revealing the Diabetes mellitus 2 type (DM2) latent form by the glycemic data of the traditional oral glucose-tolerance test (OGTT) carring on the patient. For the first time the imitative model of the carbohydrate exchange regulation system with regard of the age insulin-resistance tissues in the form of differential equation of the first order with delayed argument; the artificial neural-network (ANN) for the Dm2 early diagnostics were constructed. The method of objective diagnostics of the latent DM2 on the base of logical, neural-network and computer-model treatment of the glycemic data of the OGTT realised in the form of the automatized program module, which don't yield statistically trustworthy to the expert diagnostics of the experienced endocrinologist, was offered.
