The relation between the severity of pain and musculo-tonic syndromes, localization and degree of activity of trigger points with autonomic dysfunction, cerebral circulation disorder and emotional disorders has been determined. Muscle groups of neck and thoracic localization which MFBS are associated with the development of autonomic paroxysms have been revealed, the mechanisms of development options for their course have been highlighted. On the basis of patterns detected it has been studied and proven clinical effectiveness of therapeutic regimens of treatment of autonomic dysfunction at cervical-thoracic localization at MFBS with the implementation of regenerative treatment of reflex muscular-tonic syndromes, which is a combination of four blocks of the treatment process: biomechanical correction, reflexotherapy, physical therapy and medication therapy.
