Stadnyk O. Electoral franchise as an institution of the constitutional law of Ukraine

In the thesis on a base of an analysis of historical and legal documents and legislation is researched the history of the origin and development of the electoral franchise in Ukraine and revealed its most important patterns. There is found out the essence of scientific study of the research theme and it is outlined the methodology for dissertation research. The legal nature of the electoral franchise methods is characterized and their attributes are defined. It is researched the norm of the electoral franchise, and characterized objective and subjective electoral franchise, defined their features and peculiarities. It is formulated the definition of the norm of the electoral franchise, determined and characterized its peculiarities, structure, types and features, and carried out their classification.
