Scientific work is devoted frequency decrease obstetrical and perinatal pathology at women with various forms of barreness in the anamnesis on the basis of working out of advanced algorithm of conducting pregnancy with use of a complex of treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Frequency, indications, structure and the reasons obstetrical and perinatal pathologies at pregnant women with various forms of barreness in the anamnesis is established. The interrelation between a functional condition fetoplacental complex and the hormonal status of these pregnant women that has allowed to expand the available data about patogenesise of obstetrical and perinatal pathologies at women of group of high risk is established and scientifically to prove necessity of working out and introduction of advanced algorithm of conducting these patients before and after delivery. The technique of preventive maintenance of placentary dysfunction at these pregnant women on the basis of complex use medical preparations under control of ehografical, dopplerometrical and endocrinological research methods is improved. Practical recommendations about frequency decrease of obstetrical and perinatal pathologies at pregnant women with various forms of barreness in the anamnesis are developed and introduced.
