Scientific work is devoted frequency decrease perinatal pathology at women with hyperandrogenia in anamnesis on the basis of studying of new aspects of patogenesise developments of placentary dysfunction, and also working out and introduction of an advanced treatment-and-prophylactic technique. Influence of various forms hyperandrogenia on frequency and structure perinatal complications at pregnant women of group of high risk is established. The interrelation between clinical, ehografical, cardiotocografical, dopplerometrical and endocrinological changes at pregnant women with hyperandrogenia in anamnesis is established. The combination of ultrasonic signs which characterise development of placentary dysfunction at hyperandrogenia is shown. The received results have allowed to expand the data about patogenesise of placentary dysfunction and infringements in system mother-placenta-born at patients with hyperandrogenia in the anamnesis. In development of placentary dysfunction and an arrest of development of born the role of hormonal indicators and level of placentary fibers is found out from pregnant women with hyperandrogenia in anamnesis. Tactics of conducting pregnancy of these women, directed on decrease in frequency of development of placentary dysfunction is improved. Practical recommendations about frequency decrease perinatal pathologies at women with hyperandrogenia in anamnesis on the basis of advanced complex medicamentous correction are developed and introduced.
