Yatsyna O. Urodynamics and morpho-functional characteristics of artificial urinary bladder in patients after ileoneocystoplastics.

The dissertation represents the clinical, urodynamical, morphological and functional aspects in 47 patients with artificial urinary bladder after ileoneocystoplastics. The early postoperative complications were found in 40.4% of cases (19 patients), every forth of them had several ones. In their structure prevailed urinary incontinence in 89.5%; the rest constituted infectious inflammatory processes - 21%, metabolic acidosis - 15.8%, strictures of urethroileal and ureteroileal anastomosis. After one year the number of cases with urinary incontinence decreased 4.5 times (18.9 %), after another year - 1.5 times (12.6%). The postoperative lethality was 2.3%, the 5 year survival rate - 17% - 60.0% in dependence on the stade of process. There is submitted the substantiation of the proposed improvement of the principle of complex medico-social rehabilitation on securing the prevention of complications, the shortage of a period for re-adaptation of patients with artificial ileal urinary bladder.
