Object of study: ischemic heart disease complicated by essential arterial hypertension. Research goal: to increase the efficiency of health resort treatment of patients suffering from ischemic heart disease complicated by essential arterial hypertension by means of complex use of dosed Nordic walking training and carbon dioxide dry gas baths. Research methods: clinical, instrumental, functional, laboratory, statistical-mathematical. Theoretical and practical results: developed, tested and introduced the methodology of application of dosed Nordic walking training and complex use of dosed Nordic walking training and carbon dioxide dry gas baths. Novelty: for the first time developed methods of dosed Nordic walking training in patients having cardiac pathology and complex use of dosed Nordic walking training and carbon dioxide dry gas baths.
