Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of formation of the evaluation system and personnel stimulation in the mechanism of management of machine-building enterprise. The author's definitions of such notions as "personnel estimation" and "personnel stimulation" were grounded. The model of complex estimation and the scheme complex personnel stimulation of industrial enterprise were developed. Analyzed a state of industrial activity, the data of using level and personnel stimulation systems at the machine-building enterprises of Khmelnitsky region. According to the results of an expert interrogation, was performed an estimate of efficiency and the constituents of personnel stimulation system were grounded. Multi-criterion estimation system of managerial personnel of the machine-building enterprises and structure monitoring staff estimates were developed. It was suggested the structure of compensation package of the enterprise managerial personnel, which consists of three components, namely guaranteed reward, long and short term payments and benefits. The structure of organizational and economic management mechanism of machine-building enterprise was developed. It consists of three components and takes into consideration external factors.
