The dissertation is devoted to the research of the formation process of comminuted ground meat systems and development of rotor-type flow cutters, determination of the effect of technological factors and the said machines' design parameters on the quality of the processed ground meats and energy parameters of the process. Using the results of the research single and double stage flow cutters were developed and manufactured.
