This thesis is devoted to complex examination of evidence and proof in notarial procedure. The concept of evidence and proof in notarial procedure is examined in the paper, the possible range of means of proof and analysis of their specificity is determined, the necessity of separation of certain principles of notarial procedure which are related to proof is justified, the content of stages of proof and features of legal status of subjects of proof is analyzed, questions of fixation of evidence are investigated. As a result of research a number of new scientific findings on evidence and proof in notarial procedure and granted suggestions for solving some practical issues, proposals as to the improvement of legislation were made.
