Object – the process of improving existing foundations use and reproduction of natural resource recreation potential, purpose – theoretical and methodological basis of ecological and economic basis of the use and reproduction of natural resources and recreational development of practical guidelines, methods – a retrospective analysis, logical and analytical, economic and mathematical modeling; SWOT-analysis, graphing and mapping, environmental studies, social and economic aspects of improving the conditions of use and protection of natural recreational resources; innovation – scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and applied aspects of reproduction of natural and recreational potential macro-region in the Carpathian its formation, development , use, protection and improvement; results – the economic and mathematical model for evaluating the socio-ecological-economic needs and the effectiveness of restoration of natural recreation resources of the macro-region, introduced into economic practice.
