Essay

The aim of this work has been synthesis of new highly effective and slightly toxic compounds with potential antimicrobial, antimycobacterial, antioxidative, diuretic, neurotropic activity among derivatives of 3-methyl-1H-purine-2,6(3H,7H)-dione and its condensed derivatives. In silico prediction of the biological activity of synthesized compounds has been made.
