The thesis provides a study of theoretical aspect of concretization institute as an important element of legal reality. The work offers a comprehensive overview of the problem of origins and development of views at legal concretization. Approaches to the notion of legal concretization were generalized, and the features and limits of concretization of legal norms were determined. Legal nature of concretization of the norms of law was highlighted. The meaning of concretization as a special form of legal activity was analyzed. Special attention was given to concretization of legal norms at various stages of legal regulation.
