Geryliv D. Typology of a State: Theoretical and Legal Research.

Taking into consideration the latest achievements in theoretical and legal science and the most important principles of the classical approaches, a comprehensive general and theoretical analysis of the typology of a state is carried out in the dissertation for the accomplishment of its aim and the implementation of its tasks. Scientific approaches to the understanding of the typology of the state are generalized and systematized. Methodological peculiarities of the cognition of the state phenomenon are elucidated. The essence of the state as the basis for its typology is studied. Existing theoretical and legal interpretations of the content of the concepts and categories related to the state typology are specified.
