Object of research - the twist extrusion (TE) process. The purpose of research is improve the technology and equipment for laboratory and industrial applications of the TE process based on the analysis of the billet deformed state. Based on natural and numerical experiments established the influence of the main factors on the main characteristics deformed state of billet of TE process. These results were applied to the development of the technology and equipment for TE (there are appropriate acts). Application field - design of technology and installations for processing metals by TE technique; obtaining semimanufactured products with submicrocrystalline structure for essential parts.
