Andrukhiv O. Deportation-repressive processes on the territory of western oblasts of Ukrainian SSR during 1939-1953: historical-legal aspect.

The thesis is devoted to investigation of the peculiarities of deportation-repressive processes on the territory of western oblasts of Ukrainian SSR in the context of social and political events and phenomena that took place during 1939-1953. The author carried out a complex analysis of regulatory and legal acts concerning realization of deportation-repressive processes on the territory of Western Ukraine. Documents and materials of archive establishments, earlier unknown or little known to historical-legal science, were examined in this work and for the first time partially introduced into scientific circulation. Besides, herein are characterized variabilities of legal approaches concerning classification of "enemy of the people" and penal policy, and also peculiarities of realization of deportation-repressive measures during the periods of sovietization and Nazi occupation.
