Kozhuh M. Economic and legal ensure implementation of state food policy

Research object: public relations which are folded in the process of realization of public food policy. Research purpose: development of theoretical positions and practical recommendations on perfection of the economic legal providing of realization of public food policy. Research methods: historical, analytical and synthetic, formal logical, logical and legal, comparative and legal. Theoretical and practical value: complex scientific research of the economic legal providing of realization of public food policy is conducted, theoretical positions and conclusions are utillized in writing of laws with a purpose of perfection of legislation of Ukraine, in the field of application right during realization of economic activity at a production and realization of to the agricultural product. Drawn on research results in economic activity: of the Company limited liability "Agrofirma "League", of the Company limited liability "Agrofirma of "Legedzene", Ukrainian universal commodity exchange; utillized Ministry of agrarian policy and food at preparation of project of Strategy of development of agrarian sector of economy (on a period to 2020 year); at teaching of disciplines the "Economic right", "Agrarian right" is in Academy of advocacy of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: the complex going is offered near a legislation about realization of public food policy as part of economic legislation. The value of food supplies of government financial reserve is underline in providing of food safety and support of agriculture. Borne suggestion in relation to the order of forming and use of state food supplies. The methods of state support are investigational at the food market. Distribution of the mode of the public mortgage purchasing is argued on all of types of food products. Borne suggestion in relation to the order of perfection of responsibility for the no-purpose use of budgetary facilities given with the purpose of state support. Organizational economic plenary powers of Ministry of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine are investigational, Agrarian fund and Agrarian exchange in the field of realization of public food policy.
