Object - the development and course of endogenous intoxication in patients with acute pancreatitis; purpose - to improve the surgical treatment results of patients with acute pancreatitis at different stages of the disease through the application of extracorporeal detoxification; methods - laboratory, instrumental, ultrasound, radiography, multilayer spiral computer tomography, minimally invasive laparoscopic, ultrasound-controlled puncture, endoscopic, statistics; results - established the concept of integrated treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis in terms of correction of endogenous intoxication and prevention of necrotic complications through the application of extracorporeal detoxification , the necessity of application of plasmapheresis in step with the aim of edema the "break " of the disease; analyzed the causes of endogenous intoxication; developed measures aimed at improving the condition of patients, optimization of the disease and prove the efficacy of extracorporeal detoxification methods in the treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis; the first time studied the effect of the terms included in the intensive therapy proposed extracorporeal detoxification program; branch – medicine.
