Essay

The thesis is devoted research of technological processes grindings down of meat raw material, which will be realized by such types of meat grinders machines, as meat grinders and bowl cutters. As a result of the conducted analytical and experimental researches of work of meat grinders and bowl cutters dependences which allow to define influencing of structural and kinematics parameters of machines on their technological indexes are most essential are got. The new constructions of meat grinders and bowl cutters are developed and their workings organs the use of which allows to promote efficiency of treatment of raw material that longevity of elements of these types of technological equipment. In work grounded perspective of the use of impulsive-plasma treatment for the increase of longevity of knives of meat grinders and bowl cutters by strengthening of them cuttings edges.
