Semerynska I. Perinatal care about fetus with loop of umbilical cord.

The dissertation is dedicated to solving of problem of unfavorable perinatal consequences connected with felal umbilical cord loop (FUCL) by improvement of medical care in pregnant basing on psychological, complex clinical investigations, with taking into account of feto-pacental complex state in conditions of clinico-morpho-functional parallels. The continuous retrospective study was conducted which made it possible to state the population frequency of females with FUCL, find association links of FCL with medico-demographical, socio-psychological their characteristics, heliogeophysical factors, find associative connections of FUCL with pathology of pregnancy and delivery, formation of perinatal complications, inclination of newborns to disturbances of neonatal adaptation, hypoxic-ischemic cerebral affections. By the results of prospective study an estimation of placenta morphofunctional changes in clinical situations with FUCL, typical changes of psychoemotional and individual-characterologic peculiarities of females with FUCL, typical changes of feto-placental complex by ultrasound investigation, dopplerography and other types of additional investigations were stated. This allowed to make prognosis and prevent disturbances of umbilical circulation for optimization of pregnancy and delivery results. Performing of selective studies made it possible to conclude that the use of psychological correction of female with FUCL state developed by us and her phychological follow-up lead to much better result either in clinical or psychological meaning. This is an adequate approach to prophylaxis of perinatal losses because of disturbance of umbilical circulation in females with FCL.
