The author comprehensively and systematically investigates the questions of criminal responsibility for leading to bankruptcy (article 219 of Criminal Code of Ukraine) in his thesis. The main scientific approaches in the study of this corpus delicti are analyzed, the genesis of criminal responsibility for leading to bankruptcy is found and the foreign experience for criminalization of this act is studied.
