Samaray L. Principles of Criminological prevent criminal aggression in the family

The theoretical generalization was done in the dissertation and there is a discourse of practical recommendations concerning the solution of the complex issues, which are connected with the definition of aggression as a factor of family violence and directions of this negative phenomena overcoming in the ukrainian society; the analysis of possible ways of conflicts solutions in family and domestic sphere, which can appear as a consequence of aggression and cause violence and violent crime is carried out; some measures of improving the activity connected with prevention by the police and non-governmental organizations of aggressive behavior as a factor of family violence are offered.
