In the thesis, using evidence-based practices and attitudes of a conceptual approach to a complex accounting of personal characteristics in 47 individuals with dependence on stimulants and 41 people with opioid dependence based on a single evaluation of medical and psychological research the multi-level system of psycho-diagnostics and psychosocial rehabilitation aschetic-deprivatisation model. The dynamics of the mental and emotional state and quality of life of persons with drug addiction during the rehabilitation phase. De-fined principles of psychosocial rehabilitation of persons with dependence on stimulants: the principle of austerity, social stratification, multi-modal activities, setting, phasing, long-term. Justified stages of psychosocial rehabilitation programs, which include: pre-reabilitation stage; rehabilitation phase, which included psychodiagnostic stage restoration and stabilizing stage, adaptive-determining stage reconstructive stage (psycho-correctional orientation, bodily-physical focus and acquisition of specialized skills), integrative stage and the final stage; post- reabilitation stage (supportive).
