Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of changes in the parameters of the central and peripheral hemodynamics and autonomic regulation of heart rate in young males with normal and high blood pressure (AP) in different types of weather. In the third type of weather tested people with elevated BP compared with the first type of weather, statistically significantly prolonged duration of mechanical systole and increased incidence of formation of hypokinetic type of circulation. Keeping circulatory homeostasis in persons with high BP in unfavorable weather provided a marked growth of peripheral resistance on the background of reduction in cardiac output.
