Essay

The dissertation focused on the studying the role elements gastroenteropancreatic endocrine system in the mechanisms of gastric ulcer and correction of these disorders by melatonin. It is shown that the gastric ulcer there is an imbalance between apudocytes of antrum and intracellular gastrointestinal hormones; stimulatory effect of gastric secretion is significant prevailed under the inhibitory ones compared to intact animals.
